Printed books are ordered separately after a print-ready PDF is prepared.
Generate a print-ready PDF, then request a quote for printed copies. Manufacturing, shipping, and taxes are handled separately.
Printing is not included in the subscription at launch. Final quote, manufacturing time, shipping time, and destination rules vary by printer.
